When you order our service a complete package will be mailed to you. Simply package your gown and place it in the box. When ready call the shipper's toll-free number and ths shipper will come to your door to pick up your gown.

All shipping costs are included in our price. There are no hidden costs or fees. Your gown will be returned to you within 6 to 12 weeks. We don't rush our process as to allow ourselves time to specially treat and remove stubborn stains. We prefer to give your gown the individual attention attention we feel it deserves. If at any time you want the status of your gown simply email us and we will promtly get back to you.
